2 cucumber (grated)
1cup grated coconut
1green chilli (chopped)
1small ginger (finely chopped)
2tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)
1tsp salt
2tbsp curd
1cup idli rava

Prep Work

Grate cucumber
Trim the ends and grate the cucumber without peeling. remove excess moisture if any

Prepare coconut mixPulse the coconut and green chilli briefly to get a slightly coarse texture

Chop aromaticsFinely chop the ginger and coriander leaves

Combine base
Add grated cucumber to a bowl and mix with the coconut mixture

Add flavorsAdd ginger, coriander, salt, and curd. Mix everything well

Add ravaAdd idli rava and combine well without adding water

Rest batterCover and let the mixture rest for 10 minutes. So the rava softens

Adjust consistencyMix again and sprinkle a little water only if its too dry.

Fill mouldsGrease idli plates and fill each mould neatly with batter
