Ingredients
1/2cup full cream milk
5tbsp corn flour (mixed into a slurry)
1/2cup rose syrup
2tbsp sugar
½cup milk (boiled & cooled milk for slurry)

Prep Work

Mix cornflour slurry
In a bowl, whisk cornflour with extra boiled and cooled milk until smooth without lumps and set it aside.
Method

Prepare base milk
Boil milk on medium heat, stir occasionally, once it starts boiling, switch off and keep aside

Add flavorAdd rose syrup and sugar to the boiled milk and mix well. Adjust the sweetness if needed

Combine mixturesSlowly pour the cornflour mixture into the milk while whisking continuously

Cook until thickKeep on medium heat and whisk continuously until the mixture thickens and turns glossy

Pour and setImmediately pour into serving cups, let cool slightly, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Serve chilledOnce set, serve directly or demold and enjoy chilled
